A signed contract is not required for services however, all BRW clients have to host on the BRW hosting platform. Failure to make your monthly payment will result in the immediate suspension of your account. Failure to bring your account up to date in 30 days will result in the termination of your account, where as, your account will be deleted from our system. All websites hosting in our environment have to follow our terms of service, and follow ethical compliances.

Blue Rooster Web is an United States based company. All companies, contractors and employees of BRW are US based. We do not out source any services to any foreign entity.
